That last picture looks like the bathroom on the bus stop in Evanston Wyoming LOL.
The wheelchair reminds me of our solution to get me on the boat so that we could go whale watching. We were in Santa Barbara that it was 23 steps down to the wharf and then 12 steps up to the boat. Since we always traveled with lots of Velcro we just got the patio chair, velcroded me to the chair and a couple of guys carried me up and down. And yes, we got to see whales.
