I use them and think they have helped, but I also started using a daily antibiotic. My UTI's were so bad and so often, I couldn't go 2 weeks without one. And they were real hard on me. I started using the silver coated catheters and half a Bactrim a day. It was a last attempt before getting a bladder augmentation. Luckily it has helped for 6 years. I know it's not great to take antibiotics that much, but it's better and healthier than UTI that often. I do change antibiotics now and then. Greg
