If I recall, the silicone ones are the stiffer clear ones? Those made me spasm real bad. I can't see how anyone can use those. Just sound obvious... Stiff, hard, tube, up pee pee may be uncomfortable... I use the 16f Bard I.C. (infection controlled) Silver Coated Latex Foley Catheter.
