keeping active mentally it's also very essential and after my workplace only employees me one day a week I had to find something else to fill my time!that is why I volunteer at an elementary school five days a week and since physically exercise an option but just cruising through the neighborhood or wherever will make you feel much better no matter the season! 16 years post injury and constantly getting repairs done to my chair is testimony of that?

Is it common to chronically feel tired, I don't eat right & I know that does not help - it's dinner time & I've had a bananna, a coke & a handful of popcorn. I'm also trying as of today to wean myself from fentanyl patches (not happy so far). Anyway, does anyone find any vitamins, shakes, protein bars, etc. to be helpful? I'm looking for a magic potion...
