I use a syringe http://www.jansenmedical.net/60cc-irrigation-syringe-1-each-bnd309620.html *NOTE - I've never bought from here; they just had a pix* fill it up and flush w/ 1/2 at a time. I fill the 2 oz syringe twice flushing w/ 1 oz at a time every am.

The guy living in the next room to me had the flush done every morning. Acetic acid is just vinegar. We used it with saline via an asepto syringe. Eric might be right by flushing every day & keeping uti free!!! I might have to look into this. Thanks guys!!
