This is almost exactly what happened to me for about three or four months.
The only thing I can figure out is that my bowels were hurting more than I
thought they were. When the discomfort in my bowels went away, my blood
pressure returned to normal. I've been diagnosed with diverticulitis and I'm
thinking that I was having an attack of that. It could be something that's
going on internally that's causing your problem.

 I would usually bottom out when I got into my chair and then it would take
a while to get my blood pressure up to 95/57.

 I hope you're able to find out what's wrong shortly.
