This is almost exactly what happened to me for about three or four months. The only thing I can figure out is that my bowels were hurting more than I thought they were. When the discomfort in my bowels went away, my blood pressure returned to normal. I've been diagnosed with diverticulitis and I'm thinking that I was having an attack of that. It could be something that's going on internally that's causing your problem.
I would usually bottom out when I got into my chair and then it would take a while to get my blood pressure up to 95/57. I hope you're able to find out what's wrong shortly.
