[QUAD-L] pain management - again from Bobbie

I forgot to mention what pain meds I'm taking now; late afternoon darvaset 
around 8:30 Hydrocodone around 3:00am soma and valuim 10 mg every night
  I've only started taking this much this often in the past few weeks so I 
can sleep, my GP told me to o this and it is helping.            Bobbie
