Aren't we suppose to report people that disagree with the Patriot Act? Maybe it might have been better worded but they did have closed door meetings with oil companies that had to be cunsulted about imprisoning those tree huggers that think oil companies have accidents while stealing our money. If you don't want to be finger printed maybe you should go someplace like Russia. They had to do all that while keeping their rich friends rich and continue to force many Americans to pay their health care extortion on time. It is really "hord werk". Then people want stuff while he's running a war in two countries and the rest of the world thinks the guy is the fuse for 2012. All that and you don't want them to see your thumb print?
