Like Naomi, I have been looking for a "newer" voice remote for the television. For the last eight years I have had an "INVOCA" (brand) voice remote but even when I first got it it was very unstable and therefore much too annoying to use.
My husband found another brand a few months ago and wrote to them but they never responded so they are probably not in business anymore. Perhaps unlike many of you, I really don't like to watch television when I am up in the wheelchair. I prefer to watch any television (that I DO watch television) when I am in bed because I feel much more comfortable. When I am up in the wheelchair... I get too antsy and do not like to sit in one place for an extended period of time. So... like Naomi, if anyone finds a better VOICE REMOTE besides what I described above... please let me know!
