I have not used the NoButtonsHeadset, but I do use a Blue Ant. I do however have a very small ear canal and have problems keeping it in. I realized after a few months that I often tip my head to the right which increases the chances of a headset falling out. I then switched on to the left side and with a small piece of Hypa-fix was good to go for the entire day. Unfortunately the BlueAnt did break, and they are in the process of warranting it now. I bought the Jawbone and have the same problem with all day retention. Hypa-fix worked again. J
