All the controls were put in at the same time in 2002 before I received it.
It took a year to get the van complete.  I have had it inspected but it's
not current.  If anyone was interested I would get it inspected for you.

Aaron's question: Yes I own the van without restriction.  Even though the VA
helped to pay for adaptations, I have the authority to sell it.  I sold my
previous van without any problems.
