That what happened to me exactly for the reasons that John specified.  That
is why I have a bed bag that has had the tubing cut down so that it flows
directly from my bladder into the bag with no loops.  When I get into bed I
switched to a normal bed bag and place it on the floor so that it gets good
drainage.

You need to make sure you clean your bags if you're doing this type of
method.
