[QUAD-L] About indwelling cath leakage

Hi
I recently had a indwelling cathater put in for about 2 weeks. 
The night before they were going to remove it i must of tugged on it or pulled 
it the wrong way somehow. Anyway , It leaked around the cath all night until it 
was taken out in the morn. I made sure that it was not kinked or anything. And 
the ballon had the right amount of water it it.
Can you guys let me know from your experience did any leakage happen to you and 
why?
