I would suggest that you try Calmoseptine Ointment. This is probably available from your local pharmacy over-the-counter (it may be special order).

I'm not sure what caused it, but I have two raw spots (where it appears that I have lost few layers of my skin) under my testicles and off to the side on both legs. I believe it may have been the result of my pants being entirely too tight. We tried some diaper rash cream and it has helped some, but I am worried that these raw spots will turn into a full-fledged decubitus ulcer if I get up in my wheelchair. I have, therefore, been staying down for the last three days. They do seem to be improving a little bit, but I would like to know if there is any advice you can give me. This is the first time that I've had to deal with anything that has had the potential of turning into an ulcer. My brother ordered some bag balm the other day and they will be here tomorrow, but we are not even sure how how to apply the bag balm effectively. I thank you in advance for your assistance. Quadius
