Something that has really helped me is keeping my legs in a frog legged
position while in bed, with my knees wide apart and my heels drawn up. While
in this position I keep a small battery operated fan blowing on my groin
area to help keep dry, especially if I am healing a sore but even when I'm
not. I use rechargeable batteries. You can see a fan similar to what I use
