I think I was up in the chair with an ace wrap in about 2 1/2 weeks.

I had a tendon release release done about 8 years ago on my left leg and it is
still working great.  My foot sits flat in the foot rest with no problem!

for the past couple of years I have been getting sores on the balls of my
feet.  I have been told that because my feet have dropped they can no longer
rests in a 90° angle.  The solution is to put a niche in my Achilles' tendon to
stretch out the Achilles so my foot will be closer to a 90° angle which would
spread the pressure more evenly along the bottom of my foot.

I was wondering if anyone had this done and if so, how did it work out?
