maybe you could find somebody like an old taxicab driver?put something up on craigslist?

Seriously, my biggest problem is help with transportation. I live in a rural area, have my own van, but can't get anybody to drive me anywhere. My home health agency won't let my caregivers drive me anywhere, unless they use their vehicle, which is not possible. Something to do with insurance.
