I check my email while I'm at McDonald's with the grands, and listen to
music at the park with same. if you are at your PC all day ipad/ipod is
kinda dumb.

If you're already using a computer all day, I don't really think it is an
advantage. My understanding is it's the mobility of the device that makes
it appealing.

The reason I am probably going to be buying a Kindel shortly is because I
can read at my desk and later when I get my laptray I might be able to read
when I go to an appointment or in waiting on someone.

What all do you do with your IPad? I'm just curious as to if it's worth me
getting one. I'm currently on the computer all day. What's the advantage
of having the iPAd?

the good news is..... my ipod functions just fine by touching it with the
bowl of a spoon. this even works through a zip-lock baggie incase you
want to protect your screen from scratches or water.

I think it requires a GSR - (electrically conductive - like a hot dog -
possibly the flat head of a thumbtack..?) Not sure what else might work.

can it be used with a mouthstick? In the past I've found these things
require that heat from human contact in order to work effectively.
