Hi - Dana-- there are some free ones as Eric mentioned but we have never
tried those--after research we believe Kaspersky is the best one out there--me
and some relatives have used it for 3 years now..however it is not cheap, it
cost about 60 bucks a year. Norton is pretty good too but can make some things
run a bit slow many users say. (Another is mcaffee but beware of that one
because some users have got viruses even with it.) But of the basic ones
--Kaspersky is excellent cost about $60 then 2nd best is probably Norton-
cost about $ 40. Dan *

  Quad buddies?

I have used Norton and I wondered if there was something better? Is that hard
to get Norton off your system? My aide had problems on his computer until he
reformatted?
  Thank you,,
