Me too!
It the soreness in my muscles and bones plus the b-program that's the biggest issue.
Today I must have been seated slightly off because my neck and right between my shoulders are really bad today. I don't know how you cold weather quads can do it. Here in AZ it's just cooling off and a few cooler cloudy days and my muscles just tighten up. It's 75 today and hazy and I'm freezing.
My b-program has been really slowing down, sweating more, etc. Making me feel like looking into "bagging it" if you know what I mean. That just seams drastic though. I'm going to switch back to Enemeez from Magic Bullets, maybe a change will help.

Tougher indeed Tom.    I was hurt in '67 at age 19 and have been going pretty strong until about 3 years ago.   My job being given to India didn't help - not a big demand for a 60 year old quad with cheap Asian labor flooding the place.   Now hopefully my SS doesn't go away or freeze for too long.... I'm just getting tired of it all.
