Because I would put reliability first or before getting another chair. For example, my dealer/vendor is not exactly close by for WHICHEVER chair I use ... but I surely want one that I know has been reliable <--- to avoid going to the shop x-number of times. Any idea when your Quantum will arrive? I know these days that it takes 6+ months to GET any new chair so it is just a waiting game for you or can you call someone every once in a while to get an idea of when to expect it?
