30mg 4x day for 21 years. Had a micro rootlet rhizotomy two years after injury because I couldn't stay in the chair, the spasms were so violent. I am now on mega dosages of opiates to control painl and it seems that l my spasticity is being calmed by them also

Last 2 years I have been getting more and more spasms and had to up my baclofen from 30 to 40mg in the last few months. I only started taking baclofen the last few years. First of all , is that conidered alot? Second, can my spasms be caused by something in my neck that I can check from a MRI or something. Any advice? Thanks. Johnny
