Being evaluated properly by a licensed OT would have resolved that. Do
you have a seat belt, seat harness or velcro straps you can use to secure you
better?

I have 3 different kinda of Jay cushions(foam with gel packed fluid pad)
and I keep sliding forward.
I cannot find a pressure mapping company within 60 miles- maybe more.
Medicare will not pay for it, I' m told.

I've put foam wedges to raise my thighs up. It helps. I use tilt too but I
about slide out anyway.
I live alone soit can get tricky.

Do many quads have this sliding out problem?
Derrick
