ya had me when you said you were from Texas...... Between you, me and the QuadList, suctioning is an evasive procedure and should only be done by a respiratory specialist, or trained nurse. However, in the real world, I've seen well trained aides who knew what they were doing, perform well. Sometimes better then any certified person. But that is rare. You are not qualified to make medical statements to an agency. Your medical needs should be written out by a medical doctor or pulmonary specialist and followed precisely.
