How about hanging a pouch underneath your wheelchair and putting the bag inside of the pouch. That way you have gravity working for you and draining down into the legbag inside the pouch. You can set it up so that it's discreet and no one sees the tubing or bag. Of course, you'll need to remember to move it when you transfer.
