My sleep with two covers folded in such a way, they do not hit my trach
button, one on each shoulder. I use a sleep mask or my caregivers big T-shirt
to go over my eyes and he doesn't use. Many times I wake up hot and cold
rags on each shoulder and forehead and a ice pack that you freeze for my
back.

My computer monitors on each side of my bed, so that I can see how
whichever way I am turned. It can be moved whichever way is most comfortable. I

got these adjustable monitors at micro Center several years ago. They are
really convenient.

My best friend that is not a quadriplegic, but diabetic, has a cpap, but he
says it doesn't help him sleep any better. My father has one also and he
says it really helps him sleep.

For those that diagnosed with sleep apnea and use a cpap machine, your
opinions: Do you actually have SA, does this help?

Also, how do you sleep? I sleep with a pillow over my head and
covers pulled up to my chin. Anyone sleep this way?
