I called Beutlich Labs in Waukegan, IL at 800-238-8542 and talked with a very polite young lady who seemed overwhelmed with my questions regarding the product, its use, its testing, and whether it was approved by the Natl Spinal Cord Injury Association for use with those requiring bowel management programs. The expert, Cathy Gordon, was out of the office this week and I asked that she calls me when she returns. I was advised that there is marketing information on the product at Beutlich's website and some free samples were available to those willing to pay the shipping costs.
