Sometimes when that occurs, a warm soapy enema might be the best resolve to clean the system completely and then resume to what works best for you. With permission with your primary doctor, a pint enema would be the maximum to use. Continue eating healthy and reduce your sugar intake as much as normally possible. Other here may also have some good advice. Best Wishes In a message dated 5/21/2011 4:05:41 P.M. Central Daylight Time, [email protected] writes:
Hi Guys, I have an embarassing question to ask our quad community. I have been a quad for 8 years and this problem only started a few months ago. I have always used magic bullet supp. and it work great. Lately, it takes over 5 hours to finish my routine which only took 1 hr before and I always have pain on the lower right side of my belly. In the past, the dr said I had proctitis (IBS) but it didn't affect me. It feels that you're always constipated and it takes forever for the bowel to go down even througth I eat very healthy and lots of fiber. I'm wondering if there is someone in the quad list that had a similar problem ? Thanks in advance, Yannik =
