Keep in mind that Quantum Wheelchairs are hand build in PA. Unlike the Jet and Jazzy Series which are mass produced in China, the Quantum Series are different. The software for the Quantum is unique and can fault very easily. You can also try this. Send an email directly to Mark Smith- Product Manager at Pride: [email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected]) with the serial number of your chair and the closest provider that authorized to service the Quantum Series.
