I would like to know if anyone has any advice on how to quickly heal an
abrasion which is just above my coccyx. It seems that the back of my chair
is causing a small sore which is more of an abrasion open in a couple of
places. Yesterday I had someone turn me from side to side, and we also used
bag balm. It does seem to be getting better, but I am not used to staying
on my side for long periods of time. I have a low air loss mattress, which
undulates every minute, and also lets the lower portion of my body get air
to help promote healing.

I would love to hear any other feedback. Bag balm worked for a sore I
developed last August (my first one ever) in nine days. It was a small stage
three ulcer.

Thanks,
Quadius
PS I am currently in bed trying to be proactive. Hopefully I will get
these e-mails later on tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
