I LOVE IT!! It works so well with my neck and shoulder pain. It is a topical clear liquid that you put on 10 drops at a time with applying 40 drops on the irritated area. (The 10 drops at a time is so it has a chance to absorb) For instance, I put 40 drops on the front of my shoulder, 40 drops on the top of my shoulder, 40 drops on the back of my shoulder, 40 drops on the left side of my neck, 40 drops on the right side of my neck and the 40 drops on the back of my neck.
