We flattened out the end of  the aluminum with pliers and then put the 
plastic over it, one layer under  and one layer over, and then warm the plastic 
in water and mold it to fit my  mouth.  We use a Y shape for the computer so 
I can more easily move the  mouse stick side to side.  We use a thicker 
peace that is solid, also a  double layer, for my reading mouthstick and while 
it is soft I bite down on  it, so I can use it firmly to turn pages.  It’s 
not pretty but it has  worked very well.  J
