I know a lot of you take vitamin C (ascorbic acid) for bladder health.
 
I'm curious what other supplements everyone recommends.  Multi-vitamin?  Fish 
oil?  Bee Pollen?  Norwegian Algae Extract?  What helps you?
 
My latest blood work came back indicating low on vitamin D, which surprised me 
because I live in sunny Arizona and spend a lot of time outside.  I guess I'm 
usually covered up, so that explains it.
