Wow, a simple depression to the immediate area where the appendix is, would 
 have reveal that (smiling)

                My symptoms started off with shaking uncontrollably and a 
fever on  103.7. Then my stomach started to swell followed by inability to 
urinate  much. Also dry heaved and threw up a bit. Didnt feel much pain in  
stomach due to being paralyzed. This all was over a five day  period.
 
               The hospital admitted me right away and gave me a ct scan.
