[QUAD-L] Kneeling system

Would having the kneeling system turned on cause the van to have a ' bumpy  
or stiff suspension'? Mine also has a clunky sound in the rear going over 
bumps  like something is lose. It's been on the rack at the Mobility dealer 
in Akron  & he couldn't find anything. I hear from people, " Your suspension 
is  shot"........I don't know.
