Sometimes I feel hot or cold when I am actually not "after I have checked my
temperature and see that it's actually normal" that is due to our spinal
cord injury, also our bodies cannot regulate temperature like they used to
so it's quite possible you are actually hot or cold.
When you set up it hurts, hmm...... I'm not a doctor but I would suggest
checking your blood pressure to see if it is normal if it is what kind of
pain is it? Does it feel like the stinging or tangling like from neuropathic
pain? Or is in a constant pain? I'm not really sure what would because the
pain but my guess is it has to do with either blood pressure or neuropathic
pain.
Hopefully this helps somehow and good luck!
