Hi Greg, I have been using Weebly.com to develop and host quite a few websites and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to use, has 100 professional looking templates to choose from, requires no programming knowledge, and it's free with essentially no advertising with the exception of a small footer at the bottom of your pages that says something like "create a free Weebly website." For a reasonable fee, you can sign up for the Pro subscription which lets you replace the Weebly footer and lets you access a number of other development elements.
