Hi Members I like many of you don't like the conventional 'hands-free' speaker phones.
They give you no privacy, pick up background noise, and put off callers. I used a Plantronics phone, see site :- http://www.plantronics.com/au/ I have a 'goose-neck' type clamp on my phone bench that has a Velcro strap to hold the hand piece. To answer the phone I park alongside the phone bench right alongside the hand piece and use my mouthstick to answer the phone. This is easy with the Plantronics phone I use as it has a button.
