[QUAD-L] Voice activated phones

Hello everyone,  I am new to the list and have a question.  I am looking for a 
voice activated phone for my soon to be 13-year-old son who has Muscular 
Dystrophy.  My son is unable to use his extremities at all, so I am looking for 
a phone that doesn't require a button be pushed to get it into the voice 
activated mode.  If this exists, would someone please let me know?  Thank you.
