I would contact a Uro Specialist who works with males with spinal cord injuries and make an appointment as soon as possible. There are several conditions related to men with sci. Infections, swellings and growths have to be discounted. A regular Urologist may not be familiar with these conditions and may have to consult with a Uro Specialist that does thru one of the 4 Spinal Hospitals: Shepard, Kessler, Craig or RIC in Chicago.
