Each State has government funded agencies that develop, market and display adaptive products. They may be referred to as: Assistive Technology Centers and funded by the Easter Seal Foundation. Many to most of these centers buy the equipment for evaluation and then lend it to the public for 30 days at NO COST to help determine if the product is right for you. Equipment like your friend Luis, may end up in the inventory of these centers and then to consumers. Check out your Assistive Technology Center in your state. My friend, Luis, was a big videogamer before his spinal cord injury. He has developed a game controller for quads with limited hand function, such as himself. The patent is pending and prototypes are in production. Check it out, gamers! Video game controller for quads: _http://www.lpaccessibletechnologies.com/_ (http://www.lpaccessibletechnologies.com/)
