MY speakerphone is an AT&T (CL2939), it has big buttons so it's very easy for me to answer it and to dial. I keep in on my bed right next to where I'm usually parked. I really don't move around much when I'm at home. I'm always in my spot with my laptop on my tray table, my tv remote and my phone, that's all I need!
Oh, btw, I bought the phone at walmart, it was only 25 bucks and it works pretty well, the sound is good and everything. It would be nice to have full-duplex? All the ones I have tried have not been satisfactory. Others cannot hear me well. Thank you, Dana In a message dated 12/1/2011 4:26:44 P.M. If you get a message from me that seems like I should have sent it to the group instead, just let me know.) My question is about phones. Other than having a phone in every room (which we do other than the bathroom) I still have trouble getting to the phone when someone calls. We have an answering machine which gives me even a little more time, but I still get people hanging up thinking that I am asleep after having a bad night. What do some of the rest of you do? I saw a commercial where they did a parody of a commercial selling "neck baskets" and how that idea was bad. My thought was "wonderful idea"! I sew and had made a neck purse that was large enough to hold a small mp3 player. Now, I am honestly thinking of making a bigger one to hold the house phone as well as my cell phone. Who knows. I might just make a bag that holds everything that I might need to carry in our home.
