My problem with blood pressure isn't nearly that bad, but I usually notice the problem in the morning. I have had it get up to 170/103 and then it usually bottoms out to 84/40 something when I get into the wheelchair.
Like you we still don't know what is causing the problem. I can feel my bladder and have pretty good sensation in my bowels, so I know that wasn't the issue. We checked all the normal things and didn't find anything. I hope you're able to figure yours out.
