I have questions. Are there any vegetarian on the list?
 
I could not be a vegetarian because of my digestive problems not getting enough 
nutrition from all my foods. I was told along time ago that I would need the 
complete proteins of animal products. I take tons of supplements and even add 
protein powder to my daily intake of foods. I still have trouble with 
maintaining muscle mass and calcium density not to mention a load of other 
medical issues. 
 
I'm a woman who is supposed to eat as much protein and dairy as a man (on the 
old food guide pyramid). I get full and have trouble getting the fruits and 
vegetables that I need. Carbs are last on the list and there are often meals 
that I cannot fit them into my routine. I don't lose weight, just get tired 
when I don't have carbs. I am either feeling too full or almost sick.
 
How do others on the list meet their dietary needs or do you?
