Do these guys actually get any money from these?  I remember first getting 
emails like this when I was an internet noob and knew it was bs.

I agree Billy.  Someone has hacked Rene's account and trying to scam all of 
those in her address book.  I've forward a copy of this to INTERPOL and let 
them deal with the hacker.    I hope no one else falls for this.
