I use speech recognition software and a quad joy which is a joystick to
control with your mouth.

The speech recognition software I use is made by Nuance called Dragon
NaturallySpeaking. The mouse I use can be bought at www.quadjoy.com

I hope this helps...

I have been a c2 vent dependent quad since 1989 when I was 21. I started out
using a morse code memory resident software in DOS. My current adaptive
keyboard/mouse I have been using since 1994.

Jim, have you been c2 vent dependent since 1994 or was it before that?

I am a C2 vent dependent quad. No arm movement and barely any head movement.
I have been using my current adaptive keyboard/mouse interface since 1994
and it works great for me, sip and puff morse code.

I'm looking for an alternative as a backup to use for mouse input and
keyboard input. I tried Jouse2 and a headmouse and neither worked for me.

What does everyone else use?
