Dear Wheelie PARTICIPATE IN THE 2012 INDIANA DISABILITY POLL: You are invited to participate in the annual survey, sponsored by Indiana’s Developmental Disabilities Network partners, to help identify the current state of services, programs, and supports for people with disabilities in your community. The purpose of this survey is to ask people with disabilities, family members, and professionals in the disability field to share their thoughts about how “ livable” Indiana communities are for people with disabilities. We would also appreciate if you could share this important information with at least three of your friends and family members in Indiana. Please forward this email to others in your Indiana network. Many people also post this on their Facebook pages and other social media. It will take all of us, working together to match the input from the 2011 Disability Poll.
