hi ya, sometime ago you posted on the list that a person in a w/c couldn't get a dui b/c the chair is considered a 'pedestrian'. is there an actual law on this. it came up in conversation & you being a cop at one time posted it...if i remember correctly. a person in ohio received a ticket for a dui. (no, not me ) it's too cold outside. dianna
