Are you planning on using the mattress in a hospital bed or a regular bed? I use an older version of this particular model. Mine is pretty loud and the cover over the cells isn't as tight as it used to be, but it's a very good system which has done me well. I bought it used for an unbelievably low price. You probably won't be able to find a liquidator who can sell you something like that, but there are some reasonably priced alternatives out there.

If you decide to go through eBay or some other company which sells online, see if you can find someone who gave some positive or negative feedback. I ended up sending a message to someone who had bought one from the liquidator a month before I did. Based on his experience, I went ahead and ordered one. Later I called the company and asked if they had another I could purchase for a backup. Unfortunately when it arrived it was missing two parts, but since it is only to be used as a backup and only cost $150, I didn't squabbled too much. Good luck.
