I don't want to sound flippant here, but has your son considered another 
technique for writing (since this is what causes his 'leaks')? 
 
When I was in college I often used a Wanchick Writer [see link]
Wanchick Writer If he's a quad I recommend the model that extends up the arm. 
That is just one of many options.
 
Obviously your current system of changing him between classes will burn you 
both out very quickly.
